Winter Storm January 19 & 20, 2019 (Photos)

We made it through both a bad snow storm and the polar vortex plunging us into negative numbers during the nights especially. Sunday night the temp here with the wind chill was -23°! Burr...

The snowfall itself dumped about 12 inches on us, not too bad but still a pain to have to clean up. I took the time to document the storm, from beginning to end.

As it began Saturday Jan. 19th, mid afternoon

across the road from us
The depth of snow on a roof
cute little pine tree
various depths
shows the depth of the snow
my favorite tree up the road
the wind that came with the storm and after, blew
snow onto my window ledge. I live on the second story no less!

Thanks for stopping in! Have a great day!
